Animals and more  Animals are a favorite motif for "feel-good" paintings. Native American mythology teaches that each species offers different lessons to human beings who study them. I agree! 
People  My portraits focus on the "frozen moment"...a spontaneuous, informal slice of time in each person's life. Commissions are available. Further examples, references and prices available on request. 
Places...Kentucky and more  I feel a strong connection to places. With or without buildings, people or activity, they seem to have stories to tell. 
The St. Joseph connection  After painting a mural for St. Joseph's Elementary School, I became a part-time elementary art teacher. Although the mural made way for new construction, art classes continue!
